2026 Property Revaluation Notice

Revaluation Coming in 2026

Gene Matuszewski, Assessor for the Town of Norwood, is conducting a revaluation of the town in 2026. The town is due for a total reassessment according to Wis. Stat. Chapter 70. The assessor will make exterior inspections on all taxable property beginning January 2026. If an interior inspection is needed the assessor will contact the property owner. The assessor will notify you of a change in assessment after July 1, 2026.

Town of Norwood

Seeking Bids

The Town of Norwood is seeking bids for Asphalt for West Rollwood Road from North Rollwood road to County Hwy W approximately 1.5 miles. Pulverize existing Asphalt and spread approximately 1800 tons of road gravel approximately 2" thick.  List a separate price per ton on the road gravel as we may need more in certain areas.  Hot Mix Asphalt placed 20' wide and compacted to 2" thick for 1.5 miles.  Approximately 2' wide shoulders with 1-1/4" Gravel placed on shoulders. The Town of Norwood has the right to reject any or all bids.  Contact Jake Bula at 715-219-1816 with any questions.
